Natalie’s Beet Salsa featured in the San Francisco Chronicle

Beets are the new tomatoes: Beets have been on the fancy food scene for a while now — in past years, we’ve seen loads of beet hummus, beet chips and beet-flavored drinks. Now, they’re being turned into condiments normally reserved for tomatoes. Doing it best is newer brand Natalie’s Gourmet Beet Salsa, which pairs the beets with ingredients like black beans, corn, chiles and Mexican spices. It still has a touch of tomato, but the beet stands out.
